How It Works

  • Join by the 15th of the month to receive the following month's mailer. (Example: If you subscribe on or before March 15th, your first mailer will be sent on the April 15th edition).
  • Your correspondence is sent on the 15th of each month with standard USPS stamp (no tracking available).
  • Shipping is included in the price.
  • Billed on the same day you initially subscribed.
  • The subscription is currently available to addresses in the United States and Internationally (We ship to most countries globally, except those on the U.S. sanctions or USPS restricted list). 

What is Snail Mail?

It's simply letters you get in your mailbox.

We call it “snail mail” because it celebrates the slower, more intentional pace of sending and receiving real letters—something tangible, personal, and delightfully simple in a world that’s often too digital.

Wait times & Shipping Dates

Your Carry-On Correspondence Monthly Flight Brief letter is sent from Washington State on the 15th of each month. For our US correspondents, letters usually arrive within 3–8 days, and international correspondents can expect theirs within 2–6 weeks.

—that little wait makes opening your envelope even more special. But if something feels off or your letter gets lost along the way, don’t hesitate to reach out—always happy to help!

Need to Cancel?

Simply click this link it will take you to your customer portal to make any adjustments. You can update your address or pause/cancel your subscription.

To make sure your changes take effect before we send the next Carry-On Correspondence, please reach out before the 15th of the month. That way, your envelope lands in the right hands, exactly when it should!
